Heat Tech Privacy Policy
To comply with the General Data Protection Regulations we would like to advise you that we hold information for our customers on a legitimate and contractual basis only. Such information will contain customers names; addresses; contact numbers and email addresses. We may also hold information relating to customers’ plumbing and heating systems in connection with work that Heat Tech Services Limited has been or will be requested to carry out.
Customer information will be retained for a maximum of 5 years from 1st May 2018 or from when the last work request has been completed and will only be used or shared with 3rd parties in relation to: plumbing and heating work requested or contracted to be carried out; invoicing; guarantees; warrantees; servicing information and reminders as well as any changes to Heat Tech Services Limited and our services that may affect our customers. Heat Tech Services Limited does not share data and information with 3rd Parties who are not connected or linked to our business relationship with our customers.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your information so we can ensure our records are accurate, complete and up-to-date. It is possible to request access to any information we hold about you or request that we update or correct this information.
